that was then, this is now

…In a 1958 North Carolina incident, the Klan burned crosses at the homes of two Lumbee Native Americans who had associated with white people, and they threatened to return with more men. When the KKK held a nighttime rally nearby, they were quickly surrounded by hundreds of armed Lumbees. Gunfire was exchanged, and the Klan was routed at what became known as the Battle of Hayes Pond…

a large backlash beginning in the media. Grover C. Hall, Sr., editor of the Montgomery Advertiser, began publishing a series of editorials and articles that attacked the Klan for its “racial and religious intolerance”. Hall won a Pulitzer Prize for his crusade.[98] Other newspapers kept up a steady, loud attack on the Klan, referring to the organization as violent and “un-American“…

I’m reminded of someone, a proverb, now quoted by Sheila Jackson Lee

While the left worries about the KKK, here’s what their highly favored Muslims are thinking about:

A radio announcer, within the last coupla days, collected and read off the list of muslim acts of terror in America. Interestingly, it took him HALF AND HOUR to read the list!

Lee mimics the precise Koranic definition of a DHIMMI. However, like all Leftwad,RATz I suspect she is shilling for votes plus having her panties in a wad due to the last election shellacking causing committee chairpersons to be Republicans.

Worrying about potential American deaths; not so much….

Never forget that in 1924, the delegates to the Democrat National Convention held in NYC voted down a proposal to disassociate their party from the KKK.

Atticus Finch may have been a Democrat but it was the legal system put in place by his own party that he fought against.

And for all the American blacks who embrace Islam over their old slave religions:

Col Jerry, the standard liberal response after hearing that half hour list would be, “What about the abortion clinic?”

S.J.L. is simply a nasty race pimple from the ass end of Texas.
I wound up in a HUGE argument with my son when he was in high school because he came home to tall me that he “learned” in school that the KKK was a republican organization!
    Laurence… great finds!

That committee investigating radical Islamicism in America ought to accede to the Dems’ demand that they also look at the KKK — and call Senator Byrd as the first to testify.
