    I would say its more like opening Pandoras Box then a big oily can of worms. This action could lead to any employer whose employee is killed while on the job, regardless of circumstances, finding themselves being charged with manslaughter.

    Lawyers looking to keep other lawyers employed in these tough times since they can’t find real careers that contribte to the economy.

    Also I heard on the radio that teh precedent is proposing cutting foreign oil use by one third and increasing domestic production. . .

    guess which one happens (he needs to somehow preserve the $4+ /gal gas to destroy the economy )

    What president in his right mind would imagine he can be reelected with gas prices in the range of $4-5 dollars for 20 months prior to election day?
