I've learned to file things in their respective compartments and close the doors. I have one with a black door that I never open. If I did I'd be like a big balloon with the air escaping-- it would be impossible to have empathy towards those two ethicists or patience with them--- have a balance of both-- patience and empathy--- you're young yet-- you'll learn what/who deserves which--what /who deserves neither---keep an eye on your back and your dukes up and NEVER take any sh*t from anyone---and that's the truth--phtht-- Patience is a virtue. I take a deep cleansing breath to center myself...then imagine pushing the screaming sonofabitch who got on my nerves over the brink.
