Saturday Night Irony

The Daily Caller has obtained a scrapped skit critical of President Barack Obama that was intended for airing at the opening of last night’s “Saturday Night Live” on NBC..

…Instead of the skit, NBC opted instead to air a parody of Fox News Channel’s “Fox and Friends.” That skit, which also featured Armisen, mocked Fox News personalities by portraying them as clueless partisans

I’d like to think they’ve come to some sort of self-awareness, and they’re engaging in a very meta mockery of their own hypocrisy and a giant piss-take of their own audience.

Did they find the scrapped skit’s writer?
Hint; look somewhere near Bin Laden last know location.

Wow. Until you posted, I had no idea “Saturday Night Live” was still on the air. It must have some cult following, or NBC is willing to sink big bucks into a worthless piece of shit show.

The shit eating communist media is in full tilt lie as I write this.

The scariest part is that this is the nation that made “professional” wrestling what it it today.

I’m 53. In 1975 when this show was new and fresh, it was funny and hit and cutting edge zeit giest that no one had the figs to do in the last vestiges of the Nixon administration.

I was 16 at the time and at the age where I didn’t want to be caught dead staying at home on a Saturday night, but this show was so funny and innovative, I didn;t care. I could always leave at midnight (CST)

But a few weeks ago, when staying in on a Saturday night because I simply have no desire NOT to, I watch a few skits on SNL and then realized that I have outgrown this show. I sat there and shook my head not getting the references, or the star of the featured singer named Chiconro or Aflac or Rony Rah Rah or some shit. I was reminded of watching the earlier SNL’s shows with my mom and dad and how in the reflection of our Curtis Mathis console, I saw that vapid look in their eyes that silently screamed, Huh????? when Chevy Chase made a thinly veiled blow job joke.

Wow, I thought. I’ve finally become my parents.

Then I yelled at kids to get off my lawn, had dinner at 4:30 and screamed at the dadburn fool who couldn’t guess the right vowel in the clue on “Wheel of Fortune”.

And then I peed a little in my chair…through my K-Mart Jaclyn Smith one size fits all floral house dress.

    Ciao ya’ll.

No doubt that parody struck bone. The Bullshitter in Chief was here in Richmond Saturday to (officially – all the previous travel was Official Business, yannow) kick off his 2012 campaign. He spoke to a hall full of mushbrains and faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University, and unfuckingbelievably hammered, I mean absolutely hammered, that he got OBL, and implied we had nothing to fear anymore from jihadis, because He got Osama, all by Himself.
    What a loathesome POS.
The scary thing is that the hall roared with approval.

School full of mush brains—- where else would be go to get his hit of applause? The sound of it gives him the high he got from drugs. He’s addicted to it. Watch him– the more they applaud the louder he yells and gets all —excited– He loves that sound!! He’s like the wheeeee piggy—

As far a SNL — if you notice when ever a show gets political — ratings go down— and than they make fun/criticize the ones that have good ratings.
