Thanks, Doug. We need more of that.

As much as a Maxim post.

I love that Bush and Clinton are portrayed as embarrassed, while the true patriots on the empowered man’s right are cheering.

Speaking of embarrassment, just ran across this article

which has this quote from a Stupid Party weasel:
The issue works on multiple levels, the second aide said. “The contempt of Holder is a dog whistle to the right-wing tea party community, saying that we are representing them. They’re upset we haven’t done more on spending, etc. But this is a way to say we’re going after this administration, holding them accountable.”

Translation: “We don’t care about the dead bodies and broken laws either, but this lets us call up the mongrels so we can pet them and pretend we care.”

I really wish that conservatives would stop using the word “empowered” “empowering” “empower”, etc. These have become buzzwords for ‘progressives’ in the same way that “gay” no longer means “happy”.

We can take back our language and culture later, but in the meantime, let’s not use theirs.

    Please?

THe empowered man isn’t so empowered unless he’s armed – that’s what I see missing.
