Thursday is coming.

The Constitution is our Sanity Clause.

So when the Supreme Court announces their verdict on Thursday, they won’t simply be telling us if Obamacare is Constitutional. They’ll be telling us whether the Constitution itself still stands…
and with it, the freedom of our nation. [Waay more from Stilton]

Oh, yeah, plus there’s that Holder contempt-of-Congress thingie.

    Contempt-of-Congress?

    Big deal, I’ve got that.

I know, I’m a pessimist, but I think conservatives are in for a big surprise tomorrow. :/

The real story is about how Obama won’t care what the Supreme court thinks and will just do it anyway. The American people can’t wait for Congress to rehash this issue. This is settled law. Etc.

Sounds like a couple dozen Dems may side with the Rs on the contempt thing. Do we get to see Holder perp-walked out of the capital?

    Here’s hoping for a no-good-very-bad-day for Barry.

Oh yeah, I’d definitely like to see ol’ Eric the Red become “historic” by being the first AG to be charged with contempt of Congress.

And, if Boner had the balls, we’d then see Eric being cuffed and perp-walked into custody by US Marshalls.

Whether or not they can actually arrest him, if the contempt vote succeeds they should plop an orange jumpsuit on a table in sight of the cameras.

I don’t know how or why it struck my head, but somewhere there’s a lib already thinking of a Repub pulling the orange jumpsuit trick, “racist” press releases loaded and ready.

Obama doesn’t care what the Supreme Court verdict is either– he let them know what he thinks of them with when he undermined the Arizona ruling. That was his way of sticking it to them and threatening them if they go against the health care mandate—the lame stream media is going nuts over this— Love the pop corn picture—

Melissa I don’t think that little girl is going to pass any pop corn, Some guy on Hannity said he voted for Obama because he believed in hope and change—- what the hell was hope and change– but two bull shit words– he should have his ass kicked– said he would not vote for him again because he was disappointed in the hope and change thing– what the hell did he think it was???? rulings no ruling who gives a shit– just vote this hope and change out of office in Nov..

And the Congressional Black Bigots have announced that they don’t care about perjury, or piles of bodies, or other violations of law and ethics; all that matters is Holder is black and a proper socialist:

I hope I have a reason to go light some fireworks tomorrow.

And then I’ll get more for Independence Day.

    Geezerette:

It even seemed to me at the time how so many were getting suckered into “hope” and “change”.

Change for the sake of change is believing that things are so bad that any change would be for the better. We weren’t bad off in 2007, no matter what the media was reporting.

Under George, people were talking about how bad the economy was and how many people had lost jobs. I’d ask them, “How many people do you know who have lost their job?” “Well, I don’t know of anyone personally, but I hear of people.”

Now I hear how we’ve turned the corner and the economy is finally recovering. Now everybody knows a dozen people who have lost their jobs. I still look at how few businesses are hiring.

Some people have no business voting.

I’m trying to pretend it’s not happening so I don’t get stressed-er out.

    It’s kinda not working.

    Maybe if I don’t talk about it…

About 8 hours to go to hear the Supreme Court’s ruling (as I write this). Whatever happens, our health and insurance industries are pretty well screwed…but the mandate MUST go down.

And like others here, I predict that the ruling will make little difference to Barry. He’s going to go full speed ahead until he’s stopped in his tracks by congressional action or an election.

About 30 minutes to go. We’ll see if the government owns us or if we’re still free.
