Well, we still have this….

already feelin’ the contempt

Justice Department officials scrambled Wednesday to hold back the wave of defections from moderates after the NRA notified members of Congress that Thursday’s vote on the House floor will be used in candidate evaluations going into the November elections.

The group’s decision to “score” the vote shows that the standoff over Fast and Furious, a botched gun-running operation, comes down to guns, the NRA agenda, and Holder’s perceived support for an anti-gun agenda. …

Well, after the SC Obamacare ruling, I don’t expect much no matter the outcome of the contempt vote.

We’re not living in a sane world any longer. Skin color tops everthing when it comes to getting what you want.

Oh, he’s in contempt all right.

The trick is to NOT STOP when he’s pardoned, because full exposure is the only way to stop the Obama Crime Wave.

Kind of OT, but I’ve been thinking about “Fast and Furious”. What kind of idiot would kill a border agent, then leave his swell new assault rifle with the body ? Did I miss something ?

Alan — From what I gather, it’s SOP for Mexican killers to leave their weapons at the crime scene, so they aren’t caught with them. Perhaps Mexican law enforcement doesn’t have an extensive fingerprint database to link killers to weapons.

Contempt? What’s the point? Does that remove him from office? No. Does it put him in jail? No. Does it fine him money out of his own pocket? no. it doesn’t even force him to pay exhorbitant legal fees from a defense fund gathered together by voluntary donors (bribery). Holder is right that it is a pointless political move. But at least we got this pointless political gesture to balance the books against the largest usurpation of personal liberty in the history of the USA.

    THANKS for Nothing Congress.

#6 Fat Baxter. That’s an interesting point. Being a retired cop, I can tell you that the Mexicans living in the US have given up that tradition.
