make your own kind of music

If you’ve ever wondered what The Asylum (aka SondraKisP Compound) would be like set to music, well then your wait is over.

Think Sunday Brunch with the coffee on, eggs & bacon frying, corgi’s running about, sunlight streaming and good conversation…

Music by The Sons of the Pioneers:

    FIGHTER PILOT

    You can`t come here, groundling,
I dwell in space so foreign
That even though you stare at it
    You will never taste it.

While you are simpering over your greasy eggs,
I am climbing out at a hundred percent,
    In Burner,
Nose boring through the cold, blue-black air,
    While you shave
I make the Sun rise and set again
With a touch of my gloved fist on the stick,

I can`t see you down there
Locked inexorably in the twisting mosaic beneath my wing
    You can`t see me up here;
You don`t tread among the gods.

    This is a closed shop.
only those who hack it are allowed,
And even those who dare had better press it:
    For my purpose transcends aesthetics,
    I`m here to flame something.

When I am on the ground reluctantly–
I seek the company of others who live beyond the edge. [THE PORCH]
If I seem aloof and haughty,
    Call it honest arrogance.

    Sweeeeet sound.
Got me back into a Hoagy Carmichael groove.
Made me wanna dance with a young Lauren Bacall.

    That’s a good station.

I can’t get it in Packwood, though.

    They’re playing Lionel Hampton.

Of Lord, this reminds me of my Grandma P.

“Paul Moore and his Washboard Wizards”?
I thought Paul Moore was a Bishop in England.

I’ve seen some unreadable, clunky websites before, but since I only have so much time left, I think I’ll pass.

I really don’t want to die from arterio-sclerosis while trying to download Magix Photo Manager 8 (?) or waiting to graduate from Computer Nerd University.

It either works or it doesn’t. It doesn’t. There’s plenty of free apps out there that will work with one click, and they won’t screw-up your whole operating system at the same time. Sorry.

But if you’re just a bear for punishment, here’s just a shortlist of almost worse ones http://www.manolith.com/2009/08/25/worst-website-designs/

Any takers? Oh c’mon! Just cleek on eet!
