Vante regrets the unfortunate events that transpired yesterday in Tucson between our former CFO/Treasurer Adam Smith and an employee at Chick-fil-A. Effective immediately, Mr. Smith is no longer an employee of our company.
The actions of Mr. Smith do not reflect our corporate values in any manner. Vante is an equal opportunity company with a diverse workforce, which holds diverse opinions. We respect the right of our employees and all Americans to hold and express their personal opinions, however, we also expect our company officers to behave in a manner commensurate with their position and in a respectful fashion that conveys these values of civility with others.
We hope that the general population does not hold Mr. Smith’s actions against Vante and its employees.

It must be gut-wrenching (as in: ulcers) to have a world-view that automatically categorizes any opposing viewpoint as “hate.”
Telling somebody they’re hateful, then claiming to be a nice guy is … well, it’s reality impaired is what it is.
Compound that with his childish acceptance of a freely offered glass of water as some kind of poke in the eye to “the man.”
Later-on I’ll be discussing his comments on the potential demonstrators and his arrogant disregard for the customers behind him.

As one who is in the job market, there is a bit of rather shameful satisfaction, in seeing that this toad lost his job over his arrogance.
I thought she handled him as well as she could.

We won’t; we’re not like your former employee, Mr. Smith, who obviously holds Chick-Fil-A’s policies against Chick-Fil-A’s employees.
I do like the fact that Mr. Smith showed such great courage in that he accosted a young woman from the safety of his automobile, which happened to be separated from said young woman by a concrete block wall and a window too small for her to crawl through and b!tc#slap the taste out of his mouth.
Of course, had she done that, I’m sure Mr. Smith would have done the honorable thing and…no, he wouldn’t have – he’d've burst into tears like a 5-year-old child denied an ice cream cone, flopped to the floor, and had a tantrum, most likely. Then he would have sobbed that he wanted his surrogate mommy…his lawyer.

Hey, I’ve always heard that the devil quotes scripture. Ain’t never heard he does it in context. This is the same type of group that will claim the Bible says “All things in moderation” which means you can do anything. I quickly ask how they would suicide in moderation. So I guess you should only blow your brains out once, twice is excessive?
