…Republican candidate Michael Baumgartner said Tuesday he sent a personal email to Seattle-based political blog PubliCola. In the note, Baumgartner told a reporter to “go f– yourself” and included a photo of someone who recently died in Afghanistan.
The reporter at PubliCola interviewed Baumgartner on Monday about Missouri Senate candidate Todd Akin’s comments on the issue of rape. Reporter Josh Feit said Baumgartner briefly expressed frustration about the lack of focus on the war in Afghanistan but that the email was a surprise…

In my travelings, I have spoke with Mike a couple times and can tell you without a doubt that he would be much better for The US Senate than left wing extremist Maria Cantwell, who, by the way, refuses to debate Michael in this election.

I don`t propose to object to Joebandmembers written words. Previously, I have met him. And while I am probably the most profane Kisper, I do seek elected members of our citizenry who can express our points of view in a civil tone that will make them comfortable. There are plenty of Marines who can be dressed up, but it is best not to take them anywhere, except guarding the gates of our freedoms.
We are by Nature blunt and not entirely unappreciated, but the gentle men and women of our country are there to make our Republic work and our duty is to protect the terms with which they are comfortable.
Those who are not so gentle or patriotic, well then, we are precisely the Stupid Study instructors to cause them to cry for their mommies…………..
The WA media, particularly the Communist Olympian, is running with this spun up story. I expect is will be national by noon today.
After all they have to cover up the Democratic Congressman who was caught soliciting gay sex on Craigslist and caught in the act at a public rest area.

When I was around 10 or so, my Aunt Jackie, while working for her PhD in teaching retarded children, liked to get my responses to tests and problems that the typical developmentally arrested kid had problems with.
Some of the pictures or situations she presented to me were simply ludicrous, but designed to point out specific glitches in information processing or logic in the minds of “slower” children. One I remember (because she spent a good deal of time analyzing my immediate response) was this:
A hand-drawn depiction of a man standing by the front door of a log cabin being swarmed by savages. His wife was about to be scalped by one, another was about to jump down on him from the roof, two stood beside him with their tomahawks raised and maniacal looks on their faces, and another was setting fire to the cabin. The man had a revolver tucked into his waistband and held a long rifle to his shoulder; he was about to shoot another attacker emerging from a grove of trees some 50 yards or so distant.
My initial response was laughter, followed by “What an idiot!”
I find little difference between that picture and the one in which the country is going bankrupt, the morals are decaying, the economy is in severe respiratory distress, half the population is on welfare or food stamps or unemployment, entitlement programs are running out of funds, Congress hasn’t been able to produce — much less balance — a budget for 4 years, and the man in charge wants to see his political opponent’s tax returns.
Well of course a Republican saying something annoying is more important than a Democrat trolling for underage sex on craigslist! Because the Dems and the MFM (BIRM) consider nothing but their access to power and control. Nothing and no one else matters.
