Obamunist thuggery, intimidation, and persecution fizzles.
The federal government has closed a criminal probe of alleged financial misconduct by Arizona lawman Joe Arpaio … and no charges will be filed, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said on Friday. [more]

Sooner, or later, all government employees realize they exist in a society that is ruthless when attempted abuses of power are discovered. It’s somewhere between the dirty looks at the grocery store and the slashed tires.
Ahhh Huh!!! Makes me wonder?????? What the hell is going on????
Just another Commiecrat distraction in the year of distractions.
The irritating thing is this was all paid for by tax money.
A man tried to enforce the law and the Commiecrats went after him. Just more proof, like the Trayvon Martin convulsion, that the Commiecrats are a criminal’s best friend.
Illegal is still illegal.
They fear their chairs may be shown to be empty.
There’s something that happens among the people when they realize a tyrant is on his way out.
I wonder what it would take to have the DOJ declared a “vexatious litigant” and require them to post a bond and run their suit by another lawyer before they could sue anyone.
Fuck ye not with a sheriff who will keep you in a hot tent and clothe you in pink!!
{…Especially when every American knows his name and never fucking heard of you…}
And about that ….
we much be committed!!!!!
He called their bluff…moar pleeze.
I bet that it was what he demanded access to in the discovery phase that made them back off.

Damn right Missy. He got a little too close with that birth certificate investigation
What we need now is for the GOP to take “grow a spine” lessons from Sheriff Joe.
Cheesy:
The evidence of a spine was demanded by citizens.
Upon seeing the main structure of an upright nature and core transmission pathway of the central nervous system were nothing more than gelatinous copies of the progs, citizens flocked to the Tea Party.
Realizing its appendages had fled, the Stupid Party pretended it cared and suckered them back into the fold.
History has not ended, Buzz.
I think some subject or incidents were quietly discussed behind
closed doors & the feds decided the smart thing to do was
‘get outta town’ before the Sheriff lets the ‘townspeople’
know what their tryin’ to do! Or the sheriff has discovered some
‘incriminating evidence’ of skullduggery on the part of the Feds!
Why does the name ‘Matt Dillon’ come to mind when I hear
‘Sheriff Joe’ mentioned?
Buzz,
As a board member of my county`s 3500+ Tea Party Patriots, I can tell you that none of the Republicans, including me, are naive about Establishment Republicans. We have created and stated, nationally, our Tea Party missions since 2009 and we record any and all politicians words and deeds contrary to these missions, w/o regard to Party! We are conservatives and patriots who are no longer blind.
Semper Fidelis,
ColJ
Very encouraging. Both Sheriff Joe’s win and Col. Jerry’s words. But, I still don’t trust either Holder’s DOJ or the RNC to sit back and accept their losses. At least now both entities are feeling lots of pressure. I hope obama goes down in screaming flames 6 Nov. Then we can turn our full attention to problem #2.
Now lets see who the squeaky wheels are in the discussion about Valery Jarret and her role as this Presidents adviser. Some one finally came out of the wood work and is pointing that out.
^ 18: geez, have you got a link on that? I’d like to know more….
They were discussing her on FnFriend this morning.
It was a spot with Tucker Carlson.
