Come on everybody!
I say now let’s play a game
I betcha I can make a rhyme out of anybody’s name
The first letter of the name, I treat it like it wasn’t there
But a B or an F or an M will appear
And then I say bo add a B then I say the name and Bonana fanna and a fo
And then I say the name again with an F very plain
and a fee fy and a mo
And then I say the name again with an M this time
and there isn’t any name that I can’t rhyme…
But if the first two letters are ever the same,
I drop them both and say the name like
Bob, Bob drop the B’s Bo ob
For Fred, Fred drop the F’s Fo red
For Mary, Mary drop the M’s Mo ary
That’s the only rule that is contrary.
It’s not the name; it’s the head fake every time he says it.

What was that guy’s name? I didn’t quite catch it…
And why does he say it like it’s a question?

I imagine Jerry Rivers did the same thing for the first few years after adopting “geraldo rivera” as a tag.
This schmeckle probably started life as “Gus Allen” before he realized there was more bank to be made by playing up the ethnic angle.

Too funny – especially StrungAllTogether like that…
That guy was a local newz reporter here in Central Florida and I used to snicker at his sign off every time.
Found this site by accident (or fate) and spent the last hour++ reading the post-election Nov 7 DougM writings & all the accompanying comments. I have to tell you all it is such a relief to know there is still intelligent life on this planet! You have a really good group of people here at this site and I will definitely be back for more enlightening insight.

Thanks for the welcome SondraK…
DougM’s ‘America’s 21st Century’ really got me and I think he summed up what a lot of folks were feeling that morning. Nice to read some honest words for once because the sugar-coated pc crap just makes me sick to my stomach.
I’ve been taking a look around and have come up with a Q – can you tell me what a KisPian is? Just curious…
Very glad I found you!

JayM, as you can probably tell, we ain’t going anywhere.
KisPian’s are US. ” Knowledge is Power”…”KisP. We’re “the fast runners” :)
I can’t allow you to wonder what “Lympians” are because it comes up often here.
Lympians are the sociopathic progs of Olympia Washington. Think Berkley only younger and stupider and more ridiculous. And psycho. It’s come to me using it in a more general sense lately to describe most liberals nowadays. The Original Lympians are actually kinda famous. See Port of Olympia May 2006 protests ( “The POOP” protests of 2006 )…
Glad you’re not afraid to ask. There is even some inside baseball stuff that no one has a clue how it started but it did and we all seem to know what they mean! :)

Doug, I was thinking more of the Obama Eternal smile.

She said “POOP”…
Looks like Channel 9 is letting the Mexicans do all the heavy lifting. “Where de White Wimmin?”
