I’m thinking a package of these would make a cute gift* or a stocking stuffer…
I got them at Office Max for about $6/pkg of ten.

Can they be recorded on any dc/dvd burner?
How about erasing them in any microwave oven?
Reminds me,
I gotta get around to transferring all my LPs to digital.
Now, where’d I put that turntable? Had it around here somewhere just a couple decades ago after transferring everything to cassettes.
Burning? CD-Rs? How retro.
^ We’re talking for my mom here :)
BaHa Prof. My immediate thought. I have a CD/DVD burner on my ACER but haven’t used that CD since I last reloaded my old Word 200 office suite.
Flash drives are the ‘word’. I have one that is 15 GIG! and another that is 30 GIG! $7 and $15 respectively. Bought both times a specials. NOt on Cyber Mondays either and only 1 at a time.
FYI the $7@15 was the first incase someone might think “Why didn’t he just buy 2 of them and saved a dollar” Hey. I know I’m dumb. I’m not stupid. ;o)
I can’t believe no one else thinks they’re adorable.
My mommy and her old guy neighbor will tho. *pllllllltttttttttt*
Well, I found them “adorable”!!!
Maybe ask my niece to bring me some of it …
Oh, I just got it. They’re actual CD’s made to look like 45′s. I got it now. What’s next? An SD card that looks like it just fell out of your butt? Oh wait, they already have those.
Nevermind.
At 67,I think they are indeed spiffy. I bought a pack a few years ago for my sister and suggested she use them to back up her old Elvis vinyl 45RPMs.
As to still burning CDs, they are for the car. And because I have not yet seen (or at least figured out how to use the “AUDIO_TS” folder) a stand-alone DVD player will work with, even those that will play “AVI” [DIVX/XVID] data files as well as VOBs of a “VIDEO_TS_ folder…
John A is my favorite :)
