I know, too easy

…The word “lunatic” will be stricken from federal law under legislation that passed the House by a vote of 398-1 on Wednesday…
… Two years ago, Congress removed references in federal law to the term “mental retardation.”…

Remembering games, and daisy chains and laughs.

Got to keep the sanity challenged on the path.

In the interest of efficiency, I propose we combine those rejected words into a new term: “lunatard”. It would apply to roughly 398 congresscritters.

So, can we still use synonyms for the terms, such as Pelosi for “retard” and Olbermann for “lunatic”?

I s’pose good ol’ fallback terms such as “brokedick” and “asshole” are next on their list, huh?

I reckon it was just an act of self-defense.

    For congresscritters, I suggest “fucktards.”

Why would Congress ban “congress” twice?

Sorry, kids, “Democrat” is already taken.

    So is “progressive”.

Glad Congress is taking care of the important things.

Speaking of important things, it’s almost time to wish HeadMissy a happy day celebrating another trip around the sun. I’d wait and do it tomorrow, but I’m going to be spending the day en route to Oakland, CA to celebrate Numbah Three grandson’s second circum-solar trip. Happy Birfday HeadMissy. Thanks for letting me play on the porch with all the Cool Kids.

The one dissenting vote was probably a lunatic.

This explains the preponderance of Obama voters.

Makes sense from their point of view.

You have to be retarded or a lunatic to vote Democratic.

“Con”: opposite of “Pro”; therefore, “Congress”: opposite of “Progress”. Every day, Congress acts more and more “insanulous” (“insane” + “ridiculous” – h/t: “How I Met Your Mother”). Our country is metamorphosizing into an “Ineptocracy: a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to succeed or even sustain themselves are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.”

Thunderbottom: “Ineptocracy:…… Good one!!! There are indeed many examples of that: Maxine Waters, Dennis Kucinich, Jesse Jackson Jr, the guy who was worried that Guam would “tip over” if too many people were on it,…..

But they’re just there for entertainment value. The real power lies not with the inept and incompetent, but with the people who have real power, and use it to steer the country hard to port.

Obama’s an interesting example. His brilliant foreign policy successes (Libya, Egypt, &c) are textbook cases of ineptitude, but his manipulation of the American psyche shows menacing brilliance.
