Humanities & HistoryBA classes on comic books & American History of Oppresion ain`t qualified to be in the class room, let alone a gun store! He claims that students going to junior colleges and trade schools are at least learning a trade that will pay for school costs, a job and family +vittles. Whereas the students at UC Fresno pay 10s of thousands fm govt loans for all the various and sundry “Social Studies” cuz they can get an easy BA; find out they are unemployable in the real world…..It is an ancient story: Mommy Nature is a cold Bitch who has always swept the chaff from the grain! She is unimpressed by a mounted pitcher frame holding sum idiot`s sheepskin PhD in Mexican Transgender Adverbs……
Put a public union teacher out of work – educate yourself.

Or: put a gun “store” in every principle’s office, any teacher’s classroom where the teach is already willing to carry.

Great idea! Start with a teacher to teach a firearms safety course. Add one to teach people how to properly choose, practice with and maintain firearms. Then put every public school teacher in the courses to learn what’s being taught. In fact, I actually think it would be worthwhile to spend my tax money to pay for the courses for every teacher making, say < $50K.

Well, it would depend upon what positions are open, and what other applicants have presented themselves, but why not? At least they could have fulfilling work, and maybe… what? That isn’t what he meant?

After the close call we had a few years ago at ITT in Owings Mills, Md, I would have loved to carry. But Md is a gun-free zone, as is the school, so that would have gotten me fired and arrested.
Not worth it.
I certainly understand your apprehension, but I disagree. No one will ever know you’re carrying a properly concealed gun, and if you need it, nothing will make it OKAY that you don’t have it.
