I will not surrender my rights to exploitive blurring of Chicago laws for the sake of a joke!
Did you ever hear about the time when a guy went into a 7-11 in Chicago with a 2×4 over his shoulder and demands all the money? Well the checker just points at him and laughs. So the guy beats the holy crap of him with the 2×4.
As the guy is rifling the cash drawer, the bruised and bloody checker says from the floor, “Hey pal, do me a favor would you? Use some of that money to buy yourself a gun. You’re liable to kill somebody with that 2×4!”
Uhbama couldn’t pass a security check to be a
Secret Service or Capitol Policeschool resource officer.^Hog (1) – There ya go. I’ve said for years that we should be able to go to the hardware store and buy any gun we like without a permit, but John Q. Public should have to get a license to buy tools and building supplies, You just proved me right. Thank you.
Doug—very good and the Stilton man is always on his game. I was by a little while ago and sow more of your Prog posts and was thinking after I left how good they are. And right on for a time like this. If only they would go viral and then I thought about Stilton and that its been awhile since I’ve been there or seen him on the Porch here. You guys are dy-no-mite. Have you thought about just having a simple blogger account where you could have your Prog posts always available at one place?

I just mentioned that very thing to the Mr. while we listened to the news about the Obama Thugs going after the NRA. They have their people to ya know— bring it on NRA!!
If his security guards ever have enough, and quit, Obama can ward off attackers with rhetoric and community organizing skills.
Lloyd- I’m always checking this out around here but don’t get to comment as often as I’d like. Between the blog and trying to keep up a Facebook presence (damn social media) and some personal business, I’m just spread pretty thin. But I’m still posting three new cartoons a week over at HnC and adding my two cents here whenever I can!
