Brought to you buy a corrupt company that got a corrupt government to steal billions from these farmers and their kids and grandkids in order to pay off union bosses and keep their pools heated.
(What? Yep. *spit*)
Finish your assignment! »
I’m certainly not knocking the farmer.
It’s just that using farmers for propaganda is kind’a, you know … traditional.

They’d say “dual penis race horse”, if they thought it would make a sale.
The surrender monkeys had been removed from Chrysler.
Fiat bought the intellectual property and physical assets of the company, and not any of it’s corporate contracts with unions or upper management.
They were all booted out of the plane without their golden parachutes.
The federal judge that handled the bankruptcy told Obama’s minions to stay the fuck out of it or he would claw those federal dollars out of the union pension funds, and give that cash to the secured creditors.

But you’ll be glad to know that Harry “Whorehouse” Reid has vouched for Sen. Menendez.
And if anybody knows about hookers, it’s Harry.

It was good to hear Paul Harvey’s voice after so long. Kudos to the company for building the commercial as they did. I will remember the spot as a tribute to the American Farmer.
That said, I have always seen dodge as desperately trying to look and sound tough among the big guys. The drivers tend to be less than polite on the road, in my experience.
They wouldn’t get any of my money, especially after the gov’t bailout fiasco.

Cynical much, Doug? What do have against Archer Daniels Midland and other corporate family farmers?

You have been paying attention, Grasshopper.

Yeah, I deleted a snark that made that point. Piling on.
Glad you picked up on that.

Glad to hear it. I must confess to not payin’ attention to Chrysler, lately.
They are dead to me (since I traded-in my 20-yo Dakota a couple’a years ago).
And, in case anyone doubts, the ad did choke me up.
That’s one reason why the hypocrisy tore at my gut so much.
Yeah, Kris(4). The management got dumped, but they were basically the rubes who got turned out so the unions could get their $, and union bosses could get their beaks wet, so all is in order. Too bad the bankruptcy judge got whomped in the first place. (And if “whomped” isn’t in Black’s Law, it should be.)
