Anxiety isn’t a disorder anymore, it’s the norm.
mech : I think you nailed it there. Up until just recently, they had nothing to worry about: all sorts of Free Stuff, just keep voting Democrat.
Now they’re starting to realize that the Free Stuff is starting to run out.
Either that or they’ve been looking at their paychecks and wondering what all those bigger deductions are for.
Based on the news article, they’ve been told for so long that they should just “feel good about themselves”, and they’re finally realizing that there’s nothing to feel good about.
I think I’ll start a company that provides fuzzy blankets and banjos to depressed millennials.
