the EeePeeAaaaaa!

In yet another green folly, the lawless Environmental Protection Agency continues to fine gasoline producers for not using cellulosic biofuels in quantities that don’t exist, making only more pain at the pump.
Last month, a federal court dealt a serious blow to the Environmental Protection Agency’s renewable fuels push by ruling that the agency exceeded its authority by mandating refiners use cellulosic biofuels, which aren’t commercially available. The EPA pretty much accomplished its mission by 1980 and has been inflicting damage on us ever since.
Brilliant. Linked.
Yesterday Minnesota (now being completely run by leftist asshats,) ordered a one year moratorium on anyone starting up new companies to provide silica sand for fracking purposes. It seems there are those who believe the procedure is eeeeevil. We have to take a year to study it. I’m sure the EPA has it’s mitts in here somewhere. Lets make it hard for the folks in North Dakota to extract any of that icky dirty oil that could potentially free us from the bondage of mid east crude.
Careful about burning down the EPA Doug. That might make a lot of pollutin’ smoke. I do have an overabundance of matches at my house…..

(Which for those who don’t know, was a person who lived not only outside the law’s limitations, but also outside the law’s protections.)
cellulosic biofuels ???
WTF – we used to call that wood. They want us to go back to smoggy woodstoves? The EPA already wrote rules against that after that last oil shortage.

Thanks.
And thanks for the reminder that there may be readers out there who haven’t stumbled across the previous awards, so I added a link to a wiki page where I uploaded ‘em all to see.
