pot callin’ the kettle klanish

A Democratic Wisconsin state representative and gubernatorial candidate is apparently trying to project a repugnant part of his party’s history on to Republicans by handing out Ku Klux Klan hoods to GOP supporters. Representative Brett Husley of Madison said he will give out what he calls “Republican Party hats” to state convention goers this weekend.

Husley, who seems to have several white hoods at his disposal …. [more]

Gee,
Do you suppose the Dems still have a cache of those things stowed away in a warehouse somewhere?

[insert facepalm graphic here … you know the drill]

…Hulsey, a state representative from Madison who is white, came into the state Capitol press room on Thursday to show off a hood he says he made with his daughter’s sewing machine using curtain material he purchased for $1…

    His spite took work.

…Hulsey has a history of outlandish behavior.

Hulsey contemplated bringing a musket onto the Assembly floor to call attention to GOP policies, like legalizing carrying concealed weapons, that he opposed. Last year, one of his legislative staffers told police she feared for her safety because he brought a box-cutter to the office.

In 2012, Hulsey pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct citation after police accused him of flipping a 9-year-old boy off an inner tube at a Madison beach and taking pictures of the child. Hulsey told police he just walked by the boy and didn’t “touch or molest him.” He also said he needed to point his camera toward the boy in order to get a shot of a sailboat and the sunset…

Husley is just do a bit of spring cleaning. Time to switch from his winter whites to his red spring attire indicating sympathy with communists.

Summer will surely see Husley in his Che Guevara t-shirt, and fall is a great time to bring out his rakish Mao cap.

But year round I suspect Gosnell-inspired bloody scrubs is a favorite of his and like-minded abortion Democrats.

Why does this surprise anyone? Check back in your Racist Oppression History and you will find that the MAJOR parties who tirelessly tried to keep “Blacks on the plantation” were DEMS like Robert Byrd, Bull Connor, Lester Maddox and lest we forget, George Wallace! There were countless others, but you should get my point!

It should come as no surprise that a Dem has ready access to KKK hoods; he probably has a “frequent lyncher” phone number to the Whites Only Uniform Company. They probably have great overKnight delivery rates!

    ^ “OverKnight delivery”
    Goooood one! [/PeterLorreVoice]
Perhaps that also explains why they add Riders to bills.

    Okay, I’ll say it again:
The Klan was the armed, terrorist wing of the Democrat Party.
The Dems eventually abandoned the Klan, not because they saw it as “wrong,” but because it ultimately failed and became counter-productive. Some saw the light, abandoned the old ways, changed their views entirely, and became Repubs (see: Strom Thurmond). Those who didn’t change remained Democrats.

    Excuse me…

    Those are Democratic Party hats.

The KKK was a product of Democrats.

Again, the Democrats count on people not knowing history.

“Again, the Democrats count on people not knowing history.”

Which is why they want to control the education machine.

He probably got them from the estate of Senator Byrd.

“… a cache of those things stowed away in a warehouse somewhere?”

Yes: in his back closet, just ready for the next gathering.
