In the land of the hair-pullers,
the bald man is king

Nah, this isn’t an end-of-the-world item.
It’s just a feel-good/schadenfreude/hair-joke post;
but I mean, maaan, I hate thieves. Hate ‘em hate ‘em hate ‘em!
Theft is just sooo danged lazy and uncivilized.
It breaks the basic covenants of any human community.
It lies near one end of a continuum of contempt for others that begins with lying and ends in genocide.

Geeeze, I hate thieves!
Especially guys in ponytails.
Forgot to make a major point about why I hate thieves (although I’ve made it here before): theft is slavery.
When you force a person to work for your benefit against their will and without compensation,
that’s indistinguishable from frikkin’ slavery, except in duration.

(What? Now, don’t get me started on the slavery of taxing people for redistribution of wealth, pursuing unconstitutional activities, supporting cronies, propping up foreign incompetents, or just plain wasting it.)

    Progressives are worse than thieves because they expect gratitude and adulation for their deeds.

    ^ Yep, that’s the difference between authoritarian and totalitarian:
    authoritarians want obedience,
    but totalitarians want obeisance.

    …three felony drug convictions
    Why was the perp even out on the street? Is this one of the Uhbama pardonees?
    Even if not, just think what Captain Benghazi cut loose on the public last week.

    Yeah, but I’m sure a lot of residents of Tacoma would call that an assault against the criminal and want the young man charged. Libs are stupid that way.

    ^ *heh* but nope.
    Lawful restraint. Personally witnessed the crime and did not resort to unwarranted force.
    That means he gets a medal, not a lawsuit.
    Sure, normally we’d invoke the likely mis-characterization of this by the media;
    but a black good-citizen haulin’ down a white scumbag thief? Nothing to see here.

    Note: not a “citizen’s arrest” in most states.
    Arrest has a statutory meaning that generally doesn’t apply to civilians.
    Nope, lawful restraint, pure and simple.
