And, a little humor from over at Hotair:*

A significant majority of the country recently spoke up in a NY Times/CBS poll saying that they had essentially given up hope that the President was going to figure out what to do about the JV Team. These perceptions were likely buttressed a bit when the White House informed us that ISIS was largely “contained” just hours before they lit up Paris like a pinball machine. So maybe we need a new approach? Anonymous apparently declared war on the terrorists recently, though aside from ruining their credit rating I’m not sure exactly what they’re going to accomplish. But lo and behold, a new force is stepping up to the plate and may be positioned to do something a little more… forceful. It arrives in the person of Giovanni Gambino (yes, from those Gambinos) and if nothing else he seems to have the messaging right.

The graphic (which I wish I knew how to embed directly): http://media.hotair.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Gambino2.jpg

^ According to Vox Day, there is no problem with “Syrian refugees” in Sicily.

    Just sayin’ …..

    This should help:

I had to do this as an image, because typing angle brackets causes the rest to be interpreted as HTML, so it won’t display.
That’s one reason you see [/voice] used instead of “left-angle-bracket /voice right-angle-bracket” in texts indicating how hour brain should read some snide or clever text.

^ Thank You! Believe it or not, I coded some in HTML back… [does math, chokes a little]… 19 years ago (where’d that time go?).

However by HTML book is long gone, as apparently is everything I knew about it, and I’ve been too lazy busy to find another ref.

    Let’s see now… (wish me luck)….

I have no idea what happened in 10. First it doesn’t work, then when I try something else in 11 which appears to work, I get two of them magically appearing in 10 as well.

I feel like a pre-medieval peasant who has just discovered fire, or beer or something by accident and is wondering how to get the gods to make it happen again.

    [thinks about all this]

I only put in ONE quote at the end. I swear. I wonder if WordPress sees the other stuff and helpfully inserts a ” whether it’s needed or not.

In that last try, I put in NO quote and yet it worked.

(Aside: I might need to move to a platform that will support an HTML debugging browser if I’m going to take an interest in this.)

^ Someone who ought to know told me that they can do DNA tests on flint arrow and spear heads that have been lying around for a couple of hundred years and find out what was last shot with it because the flint is actually porous and absorbs a certain amount of the victim’s blood.

The stuff doesn’t look porous to me, but what do I know?

    Anyhow: CSI, Neolithic Edition.

    Alinsky’s rules 5 and 6.

    5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

    6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.
