    I was expecting failure theater.
That shows they don’t even respect us enough to lie to us.

^ Veeshir, the damned RINOs have lied to us for nearly seven years.
For nearly seven years, Boehner and his successor bragged about passing REPEAL bills in the House, but we didn’t have the Senate was the excuse, then we didn’t have the White House was the excuse.

“Obamacare should be repealed root and branch. And we’re not backing down from this fight.”
-Mitch McConnell – speech at CPAC, 15 Mar 2013

They didn’t back down, they’re running with their tails between their legs. They never mentioned “repeal and *spit*replace*spit*” until they had all three power centers.
Some thanks for working phones, donating, going door-to-door and letter writing to get a majority and reelected, eh?
I don’t know about you, but I’ve paid into Social Security since 1959, I still pay as a tax on excess income, and I’ve paid into Medicare since its inception in 1965. I’ve watched as those funds were robbed to support bums who didn’t contribute anything and robbed to prop up Uhbamacare. The funds are broke, we’re $20 trillion in debt and I and millions of others are worried and really, really pissed off.
I have a dream that I’ll turn on the news one day, which I rarely do, and see some coif all bugeyed talking about 800,000 people with rifles and rope all over the Federal triangle.
I’ll never see that, because I’ll be in DC. The pot is simmering now.

    Dick (2)

As some of you know, I was one of the guys on the phones, raising money for these bastards. I can never apologize enough for that. I believed them when they said, “We need the House first.” Then I believed them when they said “If we only had the SENATE, we could repeal this monster.” Fool me twice, shame on me.

My limited understanding of the Republican plan so far sees some good, the elimination of the penalty for not having insurance for one. This ain’t nearly enough though considering what we were promised. Congressional heads will roll in 2018 if this isn’t fixed.

I don’t think they wanna see what comes after “fool me thrice.”

“Trump” happens at fool me thrice.

He’s a Dem that ran as a Repub, because conservatives/libertarians/constitutionalists are f_cking sick and tired of the do-nothing Repubs that squandered their 2000-06 control. With no real spine or vision in the Repubs, it was easy to swoop in and steal support.

The morons like to say the Tea Party was a “racist” response to Uhbama, but the ball started rolling before that, due to frustration with the Repubs walking away from conservative/libertarian values. (basically filling the void left by the Dems when they decided they no longer had to pretend they weren’t full-on socialists)

It won’t take too long to pull the masks off both Trump and Repubs, leaving America to suffer destruction at the hands of the Dems again.

And the GOPe response to a disgruntled electorate:

They had just one job to do.

    Repeal.

And when we finally got a Republican in the White House…

It’s almost like they all belong to ONE party.

    The Government Party.

    Hmmmm…..

^^ What? We have a Republican in the White House?
    When did this happen?

I don’t really care if President Trump was Democrat or GOP going into the election.

As far as I’m concerned, President Trump is a giant thumb in the eye to those who openly despise us peasants.

So far, that thumb in the eye has opened the eyes of the electorate to the fact that both parties don’t give a crap about the American people. It has also unmasked the press as the partisan hacks we’ve long known they are.

President Trump’s cabinet picks have been pretty good. Certainly better than the political hacks hired by Obama.

    These are all good things.

    Also, Hillary isn’t president.
