Black-clad anarchists storm large Berkeley anti-hate rally

Well, how about that?

Is that a Ch-Cha-Achange™? or…?
untrusting — that’s me.

And although the anti-hate and left-wing protesters largely drowned out the smaller clutch of far-right marchers attending a planned “No to Marxism in America” rally, Sunday’s confrontation marked another street brawl between opposing ends of the political spectrum — violence that has become a regular feature of the Trump years and gives signs of spiraling upward, particularly in the wake of the violence in Charlottesville.

That’s a definition of “far-right”: “No to Marxism in America”??!?
Recall; that march was organized by a transgender person. Apparently the ProtectedGroup™ card only works if you have the Correct Political Positions. …good to know.
hm…

Yeah. it’s Trump’s fault.
*eyeroll*

“I applaud the more than 7,000 people who came out today to peacefully oppose bigotry, hatred and racism that we saw on display in Charlottesville,” Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguín [ who "likes" the BAMN F/B page and is F/B "friends" with Yvette Falarca*] said in a statement. ”

again, “bigotry, hatred and racism” equates to “No to Marxism in America”.
And “No to Marxism in America” = “KKK”, apparently…
What color is the sky in your world, Jesse
Peeloser? Lee? et al

Berkeley Police Chief Andrew Greenwood says police made a strategic decision to let a group of more than 100 black-clad anarchists enter the park Sunday once it became clear there would not be dueling protests between right and left.

no dueling protests here. move along.

…Greenwood said he decided to let the black-clad protesters demonstrate in the park because there was “no need for a confrontation over a grass patch.”

No need for police to protect “a grass patch” — not to mention the people — in their town?

So what, exactly, is your job, again?

[Video shot by Reveal's Al Letson shows Joey Gibson [of Patriot Prayer] getting pepper sprayed at the Berkeley protest Aug. 27]

Yep. No dueling protests, here.

Until further notice: if you show up at one of these — or just happen to be caught in the area by surprise — your are on your own. Be aware of your environment. Plan ahead.

^Lotsa luck with that in Berzerkley. Do that alone and you’ll go to prison a lot longer than the guys beating you with clubs and shields. Something’s wrong with that picture, but that’s the way it is.
Now if 50,000 of us show up armed, we just might encourager les autres.

Their handlers are pushing for a civil war so the UN can invade and take their side.
I don’t want it, but it’s coming (or at least breathing hard).

    Don’t be caught defenseless.

If you can’t carry there, then don’t tarry there.

People’s Park. Whatever. I wonder if it smells as badly as in the 70′s.

Something about the Bay Area and human poop.

    Time for a Treatise.

    Go Bears, I guess
