stuff that’s hard to do (gov’t surplus space station)

Nature, resources, skills, and technology will be properly exploited when the economics work

The Trump administration wants to turn the International Space Station into a kind of orbiting real estate venture run not by the government, but by private industry. [story]

(What? Yeah, that’d be wayyy cool if somebody resurrected the PanAm name to operate shuttles.)

Perhaps the little space shuttle in the lower right should have an Uber logo…..

    And a “coexist” bumper sticker.

I’d love to see ‘em get in to make a buck (i.e. Western culture wins).

    But, okay, good idea.
I added the Uber logo to the pod across from the UPS one.

    *heh* Yeah, the patina.
Y’right, they weren’t meant to last this long. I’ve already replaced the frame, floorboards, and one body panel.
I drive carefully; ’cause if I hit anything, part of her’ll turn to a cloud of rust, paint flakes, and Bondo. Mix that with blood, and the stain is impossible to get out.

    Doug,
Right. My buddy who restored a 1947 TC had a bumper sticker that said:
All parts falling off this car are of highest quality British Manufacture.
