Why do I have the feeling the Illuminati all got medical MJ cards and they, and The Jooooos, are sitting in their secret lairs just a-giggling away?

I always thought that “long time no sea” was what Balboa said when he discovered the Pacific Ocean after crossing Mexico.

^ Orrr “Long time, no sí,” since the natives didn’t speak Spanish, yet.
And I think it was Panama.
    Still, a good pun.

Wow, this phrase is absolutely Chinese.
As a native speaker, l say this often in Mandarin Chinese as well as in English. But how is saying this phrase in English even remotely offensive?!

    ^ You said, “How”
    Now, the Injuns are peeved.

Yeah, I was vaaaguely aware of a Chinese-language connection, although I can’t for the life of me remember how where that came from (a movie? book?). It was many many years ago, anyway, but I was goin’ for the “blind” oversight at the expense of legitimacy.

    Thanks for the input.
    I know zip about Mandarin.
