    Investors need someone in charge that experienced at least one day of cleaning the restrooms in the facilities that let the homeless have free reign. I doubt there would be much empathy after that, and the employees would love the CEO that canned the idiots that let them in.

    If they closed all the San Fran stores, Starbucks could save money on health insurance and prophylactic meds. Prolly make profits go way up.
    Besides, it was only a matter of time before actual customers realized they were being had by paying big bucks for burnt water with funny names in oversized containers, regardless of restroom benefits.
