The penalty for self-lynching is 90 days in a cell with Nancy Pelosi and AOC interview tapes playing 24/7 .

Neat thing is the SCOTUS would not consider that as “cruel and unusual punishment” and ban it on appeal because all who watch any MSM are bombarded with it every day.

Pardon my ignorance: lynching ISN’T illegal? ‘Scuse me?

mur-der: the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.

Going into detail would be excessive at this point, but my dictionary includes shooting, stabbing, pummeling with rock or 2X4, wanton electrocution, forcible drowning, prolonged exposure to Maxine Waters, as murder. I am sure lynching belongs somewhere on this list.

And this will take the pressure off Jussie:

As soon as the Northam/Fairfax/Herring faux pas surfaced, I’m sure there was a mad scramble through college yearbooks in search of indiscretions by sitting Republican governors, and this story floated to the top.

Now the Republicans can’t pursue The Virginia Three without going after Tennessee Lee. All skate or nobody skates. In any case, our brand-new “Republican” Governor is now a lame duck.

    Well played Democrats. Well played.

Haven’t seen a self-lynching this bad since David Carradine.

Movement is to make it a Federal crime.
Homicide is generally a state crime.
