ToDaZeD Calizuela *facepalm*

Hippo Gnu Ear!

“I think that California can serve as a great example for the rest of this country,” Bloomberg told supporters at the opening of his Angeles headquarters.

…efforts on climate change, gun control and criminal justice reform sets a benchmark [penalty for theft under $1,000 is a misdemeanor *citation* ...so, legal]

…Yes, there are problems, including homelessness a severe addiction problem, struggling public schools ["struggling" with proper gender address issues] and scarce, costly housing a severe addiction problem]…

Were I living somewhere else, I would see that as a straight-up threat and fighting-words level insult. Hell, living here I see it as an existential threat; where to go?!

ASIDE: Just for knowing
2050 is the same distance away as 1990.

2050 and 1990 are not the same distance away. It is impossible to change the past, but it is possible to change the future. Question is, do the people of California want to stay on the road to Calizuela, or are they (you) willing to do what needs to be done to change? (I do understand how impossible/improbable this all seems).

Bloomberg really does think he’s an “Only One.”

He’s nothing more than a rich midget with a god complex.

You’re sayin’ I can go to Calizuela, steal $950/day, and get only a letter of admonition (citation?). IOW, I could probably ‘work’ maybe four hours a day, mostly casing a ‘job’ and make $150,000 – $200,000 a year?
Yeah, but my rent would be $6,000/mon, and then there’s that 50% tax bracket with Fed + state taxes…….
and a choice of botox Nancy, pencil neck Liar, or batshitcrazystupid Maxine for my representative and DiFi……..
Fuggit. I’ll beg and collect welfare here.

Yeah. I dont get the whole under $1000 misdemeanor citation bit either. But if it means that honest, hard working California citizens can voluntarily withhold the last $999 of their tax obligation, I’m all for it.
