    Here’s some serious advice: even the nicest people have their limits. Don’t try to reach that limit because the nicest people are the scariest assholes when they have had enough.

    ^ Is there anyone here who has not read Kipling’s “Wrath of the Awakened Saxon”?

    If there is, you should do so. It takes Bobo’s comment and gives it some metre and rhyme.

    hard to find by that title. original title is “The Beginnings”. in “Wrath…” the word “Saxon” replaced “English” in each stanza of “The Beginnings”

    Here’s the ‘Saxon’ version

    I’m not crazy about the ‘hate’ thing;
    more of Bobo’s (@1) thinking
    (may be a good cartoon there, hold on, BRB)

    There’s an old Irish proverb, “Beware the anger of a patient man.” I also read that some of the neighbors of the rifle-brandishing lawyer issued public statements about how they were so appalled by the behavior of the lawyer and his wife (translation: “We’re really, really GOOD people – please don’t hurt us!”).
