    Trade the dems the immediate resignation of Bryer as well as passage of a constitutional ammendment sent out to the states establishing the court as nine in exchange for a delay. Otherwise fill the seat now.

    BTW Trump has dropped the ball on this one. As soon as dems threatened to pack the court he should have said “How many justices do you want on the court, we’ll appoint them right now.
