    Woke – (adj.) ‘Woke’ denotes a condition of existence wherein the ‘woke’ person is sleep walking 24-7, and lives in a dream state. The dreams are sometimes vivid, sometimes murky and disjointed, but seldom resemble reality . However it usually seems real to the victim, who is content to live in that condition of fantasia, and is dangerous to the victim when reality intrudes, leading to psychotic episodes alternating between brat-like mania and semi-comatose depression.
    The victim rarely seeks professional help, fearing an introduction to reality will be too painful to endure.
    Rational observers of the syndrome believe the most effective treatment is for the victim to jump off a bridge.

    I looked up the op-ed writer, and he’s a black pre law senior. Given his location, his chosen field of study, and his screed of irrelevant and unsubstantiated whining, I gather he’s already planning what to have printed on his Race Card after he gets his law degree.
