    Expenses: is there anything it can’t pay for?

    Also, I was going to say something about drinking on the job, but that would mean you actually had a job.

    So just how many congresscritters have been bringing their own booze to the office since the repeal of Prohibition, or sending trusted members of their staff out to get it?

    Nothing will change, except the trucks from the liquor wholesalers will be able to unload at the front door instead of going around to the loading dock in back.

    @MikeAZ — I don’t think Congresscritters were limited by something as minor as a Constitutional Amendment.

    Perhaps a plastered Congress would be less able to inflict pain and suffering on us deploribles.
