    Watching the Sunday morning talk shows and see that the main argument in support of abortion is, “What about rape and incest?”

    My reply is; Support the women, save the children, abort the rapists ’til there are no more.( Well, none is probably not possible, but statistically zero wouldn’t be bad.)

    @2 Veeshir, Yes, that was a flawed argument they tried.

    It would have been a fine argument if it was about almost anything other than people.

    The problem with it is that a slave is a person as recognized in Article 1 Section 2 (census, the counting of persons) and Article 1 Section 9 (Migration and Importation of persons) and people have the right to not be a slave (Life, Liberty and you know the thing.)

    Claiming slaves and fetuses are things, not people, is wrong and that is why their arguments lost.
