  2. So just how many congresscritters have been bringing their own booze to the office since the repeal of Prohibition, or sending trusted members of their staff out to get it?

    Nothing will change, except the trucks from the liquor wholesalers will be able to unload at the front door instead of going around to the loading dock in back.
