  8. Judging solely by the bottoms of his shoes, Obama worked a hell of a lot harder to get the job than he has at actually doing it.

One is forced to wonder what the soles of his golf spikes must look like.

  10. What a shallow and inept twit.

It doesn’t matter that your name is Barack Hussein Obama and you’re the President. It wouldn’t matter if you were named Oblierg Yuk Ickygeuy. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to be clever by linking lightning with the name Barack or if it’s just blundering happenstance.

What does matter is that our office of the President has been damaged by the overt efforts of YOU, the Corrupter in Chief, together with the Senate and House of ill-repute to hijack and fundamentally transform this great country into a lesser country with limited freedoms, fewer innovations, and little incentive to do something great. The Executive branch has been doing everything possible to amass more power, and further intrude into the life of the American citizen. YOU have been actively insulting our long time allies and praising our enemies who STILL want to see America destroyed.

It matters that the responsibilites of your office has been sorely neglected. There is little interest in protecting American citizens from foreign criminals, to the point of ceding US soil to foreign influence, and supplying weaponry to drug lords which in turn is used to kill Americans. YOU show little interest “that the laws be faithfully executed” due to allowing new laws that ignore the constitution and precedent. Further when the Judicial Branch rightly finds such unconstitutional laws to be unconstitutional, YOUR Executive Office chooses to ignore such rulings and seeks to establish a heavy hand to force states to compliance.

Your name, Barry, is of no consequence whatsoever.

    Just like this commentary:

  11. Thank you? THANK YOU???

    Dear, DEAR Mr. President,

Of COURSE we thank you. And to be specific, here’s a brief and hopelessly inadequate list of your accomplishments for which we thank you:

Bringing home a Nobel Peace Prize for having done absolutely nothing.
Single-handedly increasing the size of the nation from 50 to 57 states.
Demonstrating the proper pronunciation of the word Corps in Marine Corps (Corpse).
Eliminating the need to display respect during the raising of the flag or playing of the anthem.
Reminding us that we are not a Christian nation and that Islam has always been part of America.
Explaining to the Mexican ambassador the importance of “Cinco de Cuatro.”
Bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia.
Making Special Olympic Athletes the butt of one of your humorous insights.
Failing to provide relief aid to more victims of flooding in the Midwest than New Orleans had citizens.
Giving us a First Lady who was never proud of the country until she was reborn as Marichelle Obamanette.
Nominating cabinet members and advisors who cheat on their income taxes.
Force feeding us a health care program we said we didn’t like.
Siding with Mexico against an immigration statute based entirely on existing federal law.
Suing one of the sovereign US states over a law which you never read.
Wasting billions and billions of dollars we didn’t have on ill-advised “shovel-ready“ stimulus projects.
Playing golf while the economy, the Middle East, Japan, and the budget are in meltdown.
Flying around in Air Force One at the cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars, scaring people in NYC.
Losing the Olympics through your immeasurable hubris.
Putting hundreds of thousands out of work with a moratorium on offshore drilling.
Relying on a teleprompter for everything except golf and basketball.
Steadfastly refusing to reduce illegal immigration or deport undesirable Latino aliens.
Insulting both the Prime Minister and Queen of England with totally inappropriate gifts.
Creating more debt in a single year than the nation had accumulated in the previous 200.
    Giving us cash for clunkers.
Proving that the equal opportunity and racial quota systems are unlimited in potential.
Making everybody love the US again.
Leaping to the conclusion that the Cambridge police department acted stupidly but advising against a rush to judgment in the case of the Fort Hood jihadist assassin.
Removing the hateful word “terrorist” from our lexicon.
Voting “Present” in the Illinois and US Senates more often than not.
Being famous for nothing except being mixed race and supported by George Soros.
Turning the country into a fickle ally, a feeble foe, and a failing nanny state.

I’d go on, but it’s lunchtime. So Falcon 221 to you, Pak Soetoro.

  13. If by
… start taking it for granted that a guy named Barack Hussein Obama is president of the United States, … But we should never take it for granted.”
    you mean
… have assured that the names Barack, Hussein, and Obama have been disgraced for all eternity and no one bearing them will ever be considered as a serious candidate for high elected office in America again,
    then yeah.

Now, git yer friggin’ feet off’n the desk!

  18. Claire,
We are 20 months from, arguably, the most important election of our lives. Why would the RNC put up a stationary target now?
I still remember what the left did to Sarah Palin in just a couple of months. In fact they really haven’t stopped yet.

Of course exposing their bat-shit crazy mentality may have helped in Wisconsin but do we want to, in the end, win back the presidency with a parliamentary trick as Gov. Walker was forced to use?

History will not be kind to Obama, his election trickery or our own either.

Not trying to start a squabble, just trying to understand your reasoning as I don’t remember this being an issue in March of ’07.
