  1. I predict that there will be a false flag incident this summer, incited by the Obamunists, to cause nationwide riots, a declaration of martial law, and postponement of the November elections. “Homeland Security” isn’t buying up .40 auto ammunition by the boxcar load for nothing.

  2. JBM… I have openly predicted that since November of 2008.

  3. It is by no means easy in a democratic, free Republic to “declare” martial law upon 300, 000, 000 citizens. TSA, all the police and the FBI couldn`t possibly enforce it nationally. It would require *convincing*, not just ordering, the Joint Chiefs of Staff to employ the entire military services for the mission of martial law! The Secretary of Defense (Panetta) could order the services to obey a martial law declaration from the president, BUT he is *political* and the Heads of each service would be within their rights to debate the “incredible and unprecented nature” of such an order! Why? Because almost every Soldier, Sailor, Airman and Marine have “Fucking Families and/or Relatives” that would be subject to OBoBo`s declaration; that is why!!!!!! *WE* ain`t Russians, Prussians, German, Japs or Chinks—–with robot tendencies; rather we are more “Exceptional Americans”——and any order calling for martial law——would prove that in fucking Spades!!!!!!

I can think of nothing that OBoBo, RATz, Proggbots and/or LibTards could secretly fabricate that would succeed in America accepting National Martial Law!

If somebody here can, it better be plausible, fact-based and some detail regarding, who, what, when, where and how………

  4. ColJ – Besides the consideration of families and the effect a martial law declaration by Uhbama would have on their loved ones, I wonder about the part of the Armed Services’ oath that says I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic and how they will balance that against I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me and how those under the oath will interpret and decide which way the balance tips. And of course, the officers’ oath only contains the obligation to defend the Constitution and be loyal to it, with no obligation to obey Uhbama or Panetta in their oath.
I remember taking the oath, and how very serious it seemed to me at the time. In addition, we are never released from it either.

  5. , we are never released from it either. I know d,nqdwg. If I am convicted of a felony, I lose my (2nd half of regular pay…) retirement pay for fucking ever……. Congress-weenies do not……

  6. ColJ, d, nqdwg I’m just glad I’m not some field-grade officer or SNCO faced with the choice of following orders or refusing to follow an illegal order. Or ordering others to carry out those orders.
And yes, taking up arms against the government would surely result in the loss of my retirement pay. This would annoy my ex severely.
But come lock-and-load time, I’m sure this would be a minor consideration. Just the same, I don’t want to see other Americans on the other side of my sights.

  7. For the record …
US military oath of office (officers, re-administered upon promotion):
I, (name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.
(Retired officers, like a number of us here, are still subject to that oath.)

US military oath of enlistment (enlisted, re-administered upon re-enlistment):
I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
(“Orders” is understood to mean “lawful orders.”)

Presidential oath of office (re-administered upon re-election):
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

National guardsmen also include their State and its Governor in their oaths.

  8. Re: Marshall Law™

If you don’t already own a ham radio, I would suggest that now might be a good time to acquire one, and learn how to use it, and establish trusted contacts with it. And pay for it in cash. No credit/debit cards.

A separate microwave burst transmitter (encrypted, of course) to a remote antenna wouldn’t be a bad idea either. It could be disguised as an ordinary satellite dish. Of course it would need to be pointed the wrong way when in use, so a rotation motor (like motor homes have), wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

I mean, it’s not like Uncle Hussein is going to leave the internets tubes on so all those damn US Citizens can still communicate. Remember: the first thing they go for is the ‘enemy’s’ communications.

Don’t forget the batteries… lots of batteries… and some kind of charger…

  9. A faked attempt on the Fagident’s life, cleverly blamed on the Tea Party, turning the Black Panthers loose, coupled with a mass declaration of unfit food in the grocery stores and the stores shut down. A faked assault on the power grid and its shutdown in August. Put it all together and you have a nationwide riot.

As I stated, Bonerland Insecurity isn’t buying boxcar loads of .40 auto for nothing.

  10. Avian flu, Swine flu, this century’s Spanish flu,”Flesh Eating Bacteria Gone Wild”™, rumors of mass produced ‘underware’ bombs. The list is almost endless.

To believe that all American are not sheep is very noble indeed, it just hasn’t been my experience in this life. But if it happens I predict a 60-40 split in the military.

Arguing about is now seems pointless, we will all know within 6 months. And there is absolutely no down-side for preparing for the worst case scenario right f’ing NOW

  11. “Underwear bombs.”

… It’s a little off topic, but I notice that while Moslems are producing explosive underwear to kill people, the Japanese are producing chilled bras to…. well, anyway….

… This is probably really unforgivably crass, but which of these people have we previously nuked?

…The explosive jockey people or the cool bra people?

So now I’m wondering if that might be a clue about how to get arabs to switch from explosive shorts to nippy tits.
