  4. Back in the old days, the cop walking the beats took pride in their communities and would escort bums to the city line and tell them to keep moving, with a little nightstick prodding if necessary.

    Obviously the OWS crowd has been through there, “advising” the bums and hobos homeless unfortunates – no way could they have thought that up by theirselves.
