It’s all whitey’s fault for not teaching a deprived youth to swim.
Now the ‘hood will expect the LA City Council to erect a monument to him with the money they saved by not incarcerating that thug for life.

It doesn’t matter how much money you give a man in the gutter.
He was in the gutter because he belonged there. He will find a way to return.

And the word is: fuckinwastrel. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Los Angeles City Council names a municipal pool after him (with nothing but a deep end).

Death by misadventure… Lucky he lived as long as he did. Wastrel is a perfect word…..
I hope for Cynthia’s sake he left a will… I would hate to think she perverted justice for nothing.

…… Dammit, I apologize, but reading up on him…. Well I hope he has a just reward. While all the others were fanning the flames, he did his simple best to quell them. Troubled Soul.
I don’t care what anybody says! I still believe people have the right to keep and maintain swimming pools! Oughtta be writ in that Constitution thingy.

“After stopping his two passengers Bryant Allen and Freddie Helms were arrested without incident. King was reportedly two times over the drink-drive limit at this point.”
Not in either the Los Angeles Times or the AP stories about his death.
Go ahead, call me a cynic:
“Happiness: Rodney King with fiancee Cynthia Kelley – one of the jurors responsible for awarding him a multi-million dollar compensation settlement”
