  1. Sue gravity. Gravity is clearly trying to kill everyone 24/7.
Sue his teachers. Clearly, if he couldn’t read, he wouldn’t be vulnerable to bad advice.
Oh, and sue yourselves while you’re at it. Behavior is partly a parental responsibility.

  2. Congress moved the age of adulthood from 21 to 18 for voting because of all the weeping for 18 year olds in the military, but not old enough to vote.
So instead of giving the franchise to those who serve, they extended the franchise to all 18 year olds, most of whom are spoiled airheads living off their parents while the very small minority in the military don’t have their absentee ballots counted.
Then Congress *spit* declared via Uhbamacare that young folks are ‘children’ until age 26, speading their cost of feckless choices to all taxpayers.

Then comes this: The family was motivated to sue… The father of 41-year-old crash victim….

WTF, sounds like Congress should have made it at least age 41 to be an adult.
I hope the judge sanctions the lawyer and the father.

  4. If the lawyer suing lawyer frenzy ever begins, a shark frenzy will look like an afternoon in the sand box.

I long for the day and anticipate the enjoyment of observing.

  5. For the record, I limit my competitive submissions to UPhill segments, where legs, not gravity, are in competition.

Downhill or congested urban/suburban areas are flat-out stupid, but it’s certainly not Strava that’s in the wrong…

“Ow, I got a cramp. I need to sue SOMEBODY!!!”

  7. Coincidence? Irony? Ass covering?
I just received an e-mail notice to review Strava’s updated terms of service.
