Seriously … we need to either impeach 5 members of the SCOTUS, or increase the size of it to 12, and stack it with more constitutionalist judges to limit this retard’s damage.
Roberts was the result of trying to please everyone after Bush failed to get a personal friend of his confirmed.
The person Bush should have nominated was Kozinski … but a bunch of fundies got their panties in a wad over his religion ( a conservative Jew ), and his decision to order the removal of that cross on federal land in CA.
( which was the correct decision at the time … the folks who put it up changed their tune at the SCOTUS hearing, and decided they were just putting up a war memorial )
Maybe he remembered that his appointment to the bench was only for life.

I really didn’t want to make any more “revolution” comments, but the more I try to understand the decision handed down, the more I am convinced that is what this will end up being.
I would like to see it be at the ballot, with every person in politics who supports Obamacare voted out in an overwhelming landslide, and not have the revolution be in the streets, a result of the collapse of a once great nation.
Perilous times, my friends, perilous times.
