You think you’re smarter than other students? There’s a lot of smart students. You think you got good grades by working harder? Lots of students work hard. You wouldn’t have gotten those A’s if it hadn’t been for all the C, D and F students and especially the school board and the dept. of education.

I can’t decide whether Uhbama is a pimp or a whore, but either way, this kind of crap disgusts me beyond words (well, maybe a scream). The black education system and most of black society in America is the way they are at the bottom of the education and employment statistics and at the top of the criminal justice system statistics, because Progressives, mostly since Lyndon Johnson, put them there.
“Keep the nigras on the plantation, because we want them to stay there and vote for us, the massas, to keep us in the big house, and reward their black race pimp overseers with bonuses for assisting us in this”, should be in the Progressive Manifesto.
We have modern slavery, where a group is guaranteed servile underclass status without overtly stating that is the objective. At least apartheid was up front about its intentions.

Nah, it’s a lot simpler.
The Progs believe in The Expert™ who has the knowledge and skill to develop and implement The Idea/Policy/Plan™ that will fix The Problem™. (see: enlightened despot)
That means that all information must flow into and through this nexus of enlightenment; and all activity must be controlled by it, so a bureaucracy is built; but it doesn’t work. As a result, bureaucracy upon bureaucracy are built to tweak the system towards “effectiveness” (all of which are run by political appointees who can’t even run their bureaus, much less identify and run The Idea/Policy/Plan™).
Of course, creating that bureau for The Expert™ requires that the enormous cost be marketed to somebody, and the Something-for-Nothings™ and the Victims™ are their target.
At best, this is wishful thinking. At worst, it’s organized crime or totalitarianism.
It’s also an insult to those they consider Victims™ as well as the rest of us who they think will swallow this swill.

Nothing good will happen for “Black America” until their crab culture* changes.
Maybe the Prez ought to crank himself up an initiative about that. Oh wait: it’s the perfect way to lose the “black vote.” Never mind.
* Growing up, I got to watch the White Trash version of crab culture in action. That version is far less virulent than the black version, and it is still completely debilitating.

Meanwhile, we find out that Jarrett – evidently the Power Behind the Throne – was the lady who kept telling Obama not to whack bin Laden.
On another tack, pretty soon us not quite dead white guys (and gals) will be in the minority, and then we’ll be able to demand our rights and entitlements from the majority.

“Many African American children who attended substandard, segregated schools in the 1950s have grown up to see their children attend…” substandard, segregated schools. The difference now is that the segregation occurs naturally as parents move out of lousy districts or put their children in private school.

The point of this latest endeavor is to blame the higher discipline rate of certain minorities not on their own awful behavior and culture but institutional racism. And make no mistake, after this gets implemented in schools it’s going to the courts and the jailhouse next- meaning guilty going free and innocents being punished based on SKIN COLOR- we used to have a word for that.
