  1. Maybe Voice of America could start broadcasting classes on the American Constitution into these nether regions. A generation or two might absorb some of it and make the jump to the 20th century. Heck, the 19th century would be worthwhile.

    And Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi can take a hike under the pyramids.
