  1. Treason is not protected speech under the First Amendment.
    Unless the Second Amendment is repealed (the debate surrounding that would be protected speech), proposing to ignore it or to ride roughshod over it is tantamount to treason (not in the constitutional-crime sense, but in the betrayal of the American people sense). It would also be a violation of one’s oath of office.

    That’s nice but who cares? What matters is the Constitution and recent Supreme Court rulings. Do I have that right?
