Oh. A doctrine justifying pre-emptive strikes. Not that I disagree in principle, but weren’t there a few people between 2000-2008 for whom that was the worserest thing ever and a national disgrace and proof of egregious stupiditude by the idiot Texas cowboy?

Blowing up Americans who have publicly joined an enemy army and are fighting a war against the US … is the correct thing to do.
If they want a fair trial, they need to surrender first.
