The plastic bag ban goes into effect March 1st here in Austin.
The Shitty City of Austin in their infinite wisdom.. because we LOVE our golden cheeked warblers and our salamanders decided to follow suit…
There are BOTH major grocery stores (HEB and Wal Mart) all of 4 miles down the road in Buda, Texas, where they will STILL bag and GIVE you bags for your purchases for free!
It will be interesting to see what an economic impact this will have on the local stores down South….
