  1. “or what” indeed.

I hope this is being ignored as it should be. And these sociopaths better be held accountable for their behavior should they act like sociopaths……………

  2. It sounds like the police who are protecting the people and the city have more don’ts than the innocent protesters.

    Comment by geezerette — November 6, 2014 @ 6:55 pm

  3. Honestly, the Police should just be given full on “by any means necessary” permission. Mow the fuckers down with real bullets and don’t call the ambulance until they are either all dead or pose no threat anymore.

  4. how nice it must be to dictate the ROE of the other side. How about you sent these out to your people.

  5. Looks like a good opportunity to thin the herd of wildebeests stampeding around.

Letter from local police to protester ‘Leaders’:
    1. You may assemble and/or march in an orderly manner.
    2. You may not harass passersby or bystanders.
    3. You may not throw anything; if you throw:
    — Plastic water bottles – you will be gassed and arrested.
    — Glass bottles, bricks, rocks – you will be arrested with suitable force and charged with felonious assault.
    — Molotov cocktails – you will be shot.
    4. You may not touch any private property. If you do, you will be arrested for trespass or vandalism.
    5. Looters will be shot on sight.
    6. No littering; clean up after yourselves. Leaders of the protest will be photographed and personally charged with the cleanup.
    7. Outside agitators like Sharpton, Farrakhan, Jackson will be charged with inciting to riot if they make speeches doing just that.
    8. Follow our rules and you may enjoy your peaceful protest; break our rules and you better give your soul to God, because your ass will belong to us.

    if i might:

4 b) property owners will be allowed, even encouraged, to use deadly force at the first sign of vandalism or trespass, rather than wait for police to arrive.

  7. This shit is what happens when you interfere with Darwin……….

Comment by SondraK, Queen of SondraKistan — November 6, 2014 @ 7:23 pm

  8. Dick 5: aw, you’re trying to spoil all the fun.

Sondra 7: That is exactly it. We are now at least three, likely fore* (sic) generations into an anti-Darwinian experiment that has obviously gone very wrong. By now, fourth generation rabbits are being raised to actually believe that other people’s gardens are being grown for them, and they are not only entitled to eat them, but that they have a right to resent that those free gardens aren’t nicer than they are.

    * Had to get in my golf reference for the day.

    • All state and local laws will be enforced … to the letter,
including jaywalking, delinquency of minors, and littering.

  12. 8. Crowd control equipment such as armored vehicles, rubber bullets, rifles and tear gas will not be used.

Well, I suppose a .50 BMG isn’t typically considered to be crowd control equipment …

  14. “Or what”?????

“Or we’ll stamp our feet and yell and hold our breath until we turn blue and if we don’t get our way we’ll sit down right here in the middle of the floor and you’ll be sorry.”

Does anyone know how many of those “protesters” are from out of state? Are the buses still parked at the city limits?

dnqdwg: You could run for sheriff.

DougM: “…including jaywalking, delinquency of minors, and littering.”

And if we find two or more people doing the littering, we’ll charge them with conspiracy with intent to litter.

  17. I strongly suggest the citizens of the city stock up on guns, food, water, gas mask, and BEAR SPRAY.

If these protesters want to destroy, and the police won’t do their job, then it’s time for the citizens to do theirs.

  19. To be fair and balanced, there should also be some agreed rule applying to the protesters side.

Oh wait. There already is. It’s called The Law.

    Comment by Walt — November 7, 2014 @ 11:16 am

  20. The only “rule” law enforcement needs in Ferguson is “shoot to kill!” By the new morning, images of dead protesters lying in the street in pools of their own blood will have had the desired effect on most of them and will produce a new-found respect for the “rule-of-law;” and superior firepower!

The next evening, fewer protestors will effectively increase the potential firepower of the same number of guns the police had the night before, as there will be fewer targets to chose from.

  23. ^Doug #21: Just FWIW, ^#20, sent out as Anon., is in reality Mike(AZ); me! I was “Annoning” for another post and forgot to change back to my Clark Kent identity. Nothing sinister here, Boss, just the Alzheimer’s rearing up!

Certainly not “Leftist,” (I have a Right hand and a Far Right hand,) and not “troll,” more like “curmudgeon” or “Old F*rt.”

  24. In my defense, I’ve been around for a LONG time. I’ve seen the DEMOCRATS fight to stop integration in the ’50′s. I watched the Hippies/Communists fight this country at every turn while America tried to stop the spread of Communism and Socialism throughout the world.

Every decade since Viet Nam there has been serious conflict between Democracy (Good) and Radical Socialism (Evil,) and still it continues!

Why? We’ve tried co-existence; it didn’t work. We’ve tried appeasement; that didn’t work either. We’ve tried bluff and bluster and threats. We’ve been called on them each time and been found lacking (gutless, as with this current administration.)

What we haven’t tried is Rule of Law! Laws mean things, and for the most part, were put in place to help the Nation and protect the Citizens.

We have Laws that define who are our friends/allies and who are not. We have laws that determine who may be allowed to join us in the American Experience, and when, and who will have to wait until political or social conditions change.

And there will be those haters, those vile, evil, venom-spitting enemies of the United States who we can NEVER safely allow within our borders if they are not in serious chains and escorted by heavily armed guards with orders to shoot-to-kill should they even belch!

We have laws; it is time we enforce them to the fullest extent! Rioting is illegal. Enforce those laws, or change them! Looting is illegal. Enforce those laws, or change them! Assaults on law-abiding citizens or law enforcement agents is illegal. Either we enforce those laws, too, or they are useless to the law-abiding citizens and must be abandoned and removed from our Code.

We claim that we follow “the Rule of Law.” It means NOTHING if we do not!

  26. Sondra’s pic 15: “I’d rather be stopped by ISIS terrorist than Ferguson PD.”

That’s because there’s no chance this jackass will actually meet an ISIS terrorist, because if the did he’d loose his head. (Possibly after something unpleasant happening at the other end of him first.)

Always easy to not fear what you know isn’t going to get you.
