  2. These “parents” are not parents.

They’re the same ones who see school as “free daycare”.

  3. Parents who don’t have to feed or care for their kids can produce as many Income Tax credits as they like: a bump in the “Earned” Income Credit; a bump in the Child Tax Credit.

Thousands of dollars in tax “refunds” against no taxes withheld in the first place.

I don’t mean to be callous here, but do the idiots Progs of California have any idea how even those breakfasts are going to get paid for, much less how to pay for the longer term consequences of all their “caring” legislation?

Oh: it will result in yet more “voters” who will just vote themselves more Prog legislators who will vote them more money. That’s how you pay for things: vote for it.

  4. At last, after drinking all night, doing drugs and making another welfare check, I can lay in the bed in the morning and let somebody else feed my current welfare checks.

  6. Why don’t they just go for the full boarding school thing?
Then, kids can be raise by A Village™, just as Her Grace commanded.

And given how many “educators” qualify as Village Idiots™, it all works out.

(I seem to remember a similar discussion some months ago when some pregnant 15-year-old was bitchin’ about the quality of the school meals, and her brain-dead father was whining about the school’s responsibility to feed his snowflake properly. Man, these parasites never learn that it IS possible to kill the host.)

  13. It all works out fine until the people who vote for a living outnumber the people who work for a living.
