  1. Claire, I feel sorry for the right thinking folks in the Republic of CA, but I also think “why the hell are you still there”?

  2. From Asshole Brown down to the lowest assholite in the chain of command, these people are either too stupid and/or brainwashed to change.
    They are beyond redemption.
I was enraged by Ayers’ group talking of re-education camps and purging 25 million Americans. I used to think Roosevelt’s interning the Japanese or Stalin’s purges were cruel and unnecessary. I thought McCarthy was a bully, but he was right. I’m beginning to wonder how to deal with the Progs to save our country.
This plague of Prog locusts is spreading everywhere, destroying all they touch, and dealing with it is an appalling and frightening thought. They are cancer cells, beyond redemption, and will metastisize again if they are not expunged.

Mark Levin’s Liberty amendments would cure many ills, but at this point I despair of summoning 34 state legislatures to act on this via Article V and do it correctly. In addition, if the Progs do not respect a Constitution now, why should we think they would in the future anywhere thay could generate a majority or steal an election? Politics has been and will be a self-serving, venal occupation for 90% of the participants, and laws without severe consequences and the will to apply them will not stop what has already transpired if the locusts still multiply.

  3. Illegal Aliens from Outer Space!

    And they speak Mexican!

  4. What’s the new Californese word for “hellhole”?

  5. In Russia CA, sanctuary-city citizen sheriff loses drivers license.

    I like the DL idea.
It’ll help find the illegal aliens when the eventual roundups/deportations come to pass.

  6. I have a serious question.

I know what an illegal alien is, that’s a legally defined term, someone who entered or remains in the country in violation of the immigration laws.

An “undocumented” alien? Well, that seems pretty clear I suppose, an alien without any documents. And if the term is defined in California law as someone who entered or remains in the country in violation of the immigration laws, then I don’t have a question.

But if it’s not just “what we call illegal because it sounds nicer” what is, in California, a “documented” alien? Does a California driving license count as a “document”? How about Mr. Freire’s lease papers for the shiny new BMW*? That San Francisco murderer’s probation papers, records of conviction, and previous deportation orders- is he “documented” now?

*I hope that model has extra strong headlights.

Since he’s living in the shadows and all.

  7. Off topic, but breaking news is that FBI either has or intends to have H-> server, and has broadened its investigation at least as far as her two aids.

  8. ^ I’m hearing this on the radio, but all that I see in print can be construed to mean that the FBI has the thumb drives she turned over to her attorneys, which of course is the same 50% of her actual emails that she gave the State Dept.

So progress, but hard to say how much.

  9. It is good to see that undocumented aliens now have the drivers licenses to drive their BMWs while the San Fransisco sheriff has his license suspended.

Not that I have any sympathy for the sheriff in question.

  10. sHrillary’s server should have been seized the moment the FBI knew it existed.
I wouldn’t be surprised if her Geek Squad tech hasn’t shredded the hard drives and put new ones in.

  11. San Fransisco sheriff has his license suspended. for not reporting an accident.
Mr. Bigshot – like most Dems – is above the law.
Note he’s wearing four (four!) stars, with a force of 850 employees. What a self-important ass. In most of the US armed forces, that’s about a battalion sized group, which usually rates a Lt. Col or Commander in charge.

  13. Recent news overlooked by many is that the California State Bar has decided to cut the bar examination from a 3-day test to a 2-day test. This is being done, in part, because of low pass rates. The bar examination in California had been considered the hardest in the nation and one of the reasons why California does not extend reciprocity to other states, i.e., allowing an attorney licensed in another state to “opt in” to be licensed in California.

So, a dumbing down of the bar examination and the fact that last year saw the California court rule that an illegal alien can practice law in California? There goes the value of my bar card.

  14. Aw come on, keeping people from being lawyers because of some racist test is racist.

And the bar association should look like America!!

Plus, there is a long standing history of discrimination in the granting of law licenses against people who can’t speak English, people who commit crimes, ignorant people, and stupid people.

Time for some Affirmative Action! #DumbLawyersMatter!

  15. ^ Why in the world would CA want to bar* illegal freshly documented aliens from practicing law? They already have a bunch of felons practicing politics, and surely one leads to the other.

    * pun intended

  16. The nerve of Us the People – thinking we can build on our own property. We’re lucky to have these wise guardians to keep our enthusiastic outbursts under control.

A few cities have left ICLEI (in OK, TX, FL,….). There’s a strong connection between ICLEI and Agenda 21 (the U.N.)

dnqdwg “… four stars …” Lots of big-time police chiefs like to play dress-up.

About that bar exam in CA: there’s way too much emphasis on the history of law as it came down from the Magna Carta. We’re letting that whole Western law thinking have way too much influence in our courts, We need to give more attention to EU law, and the International Court opinions, and maybe more to Chinese law, and let’s not forget Indian law – both of those last two go back way further than our simple-minded system.

PS: Two illegal aliens were appointed to a city commission in Huntington Beach, CA

The chairman says it’s OK: they aren’t getting paid.
