  4. I am reading Adam Carolla’s In Fifty Years We’ll All Be Chicks, get this book. Adam grew up on welfare and complains about how the system along with every other entitlement is de-motivating. He talks about the pussification of America and how we are failing ourselves as a country. He says he isn’t a conservative but he bashes his liberal Hollywood types all through the book. (He also bashes up-tight republicans in a few spots) This is a really good book, I am enjoying it and agreeing with him, I wasn’t a big fan of his before, but I am really starting to like him.

Sondra he does have one paragraph in the book about the person who brags they have no TV, the rest is a good read.

  5. Universal healthcare is a very lofty and noble idea. The problem is not whether it would be nice for everyone to have access to doctors and medicine, but who will pay for the machinery, the hospitals, the nurses, and everyone else involved.

I’m more concerned about the rights of victims, the rights of taxpayers, the rights of law-abiding citizens to believe that the rights of criminals, deadbeats, and illegal aliens are not afforded higher priority than their own.

Jackson, Moore, Sharpton, Pelosi, and countless other libs and loons with their double standards and nanny-state concept of governance remind me of Jack Handey’s take on things: “I think you have to march right in and demand your rights, even if you don’t know what your rights are, or who the person is you’re talking to. Then, on the way out, slam the door.”

  6. We should constitutionalize Slavery.

That way, the left can just take what they want from working folks.

  7. as long as we’re talking about adding constitutional rights.

I’d like the right to own and use a gun
I’d like the right to speak my mind publicly without repercussions from the government.
I’d like to have the right to privacy in that no governement group/agency can search myself or my property without warrant.

  14. Yes MiT, I think they already get it or at least there has been talk about it for a few years. Slaves to the state, they don’t have to do anything, just keep the correct people in power while sucking the life out of those who try.

  18. Mr Jackson is a certified Loon (no, not the Canadian kind).

“We need to add to the Constitution the right to a family to have a decent home.”

Not a bad idea. I can think of a dozen other rights that need to be put into the Constitution. We could xall it something like “The Second Bill of Rights” (if that name isn’t already taken).

We all have a right to go golfing on Thursday (not just doctors and Presidents). We all have a right to a 42-inch plasma TV. We all have a right to Free Stuff.

You can extend that list almost indefinitely.

I’ll start enrolling in my local (and free) community colleges so I can get me one of them iPod things. No, I don’t know what it’s for, alls I know is it’s free and I want one.
